Andorra (Pyrenees) started Christmas sale with discounts of 20-50% for winter collection 2015-2016. In particular, Christmas lottery was held in Andorra la Vella in the area of La plaça de la Rotonda.
The event was attended by the Minister of tourism of Andorra Francesc Camp, the new mayor of Andorra La Vella Eron Estan and Minister of public administration, transport and telecommunications of Andorra Jordi Alcobé. According to Francesc Camp, this year lottery was attended by 30 thousand people (compared to 18 thousand last year).
In the evening of 19 December in Andorra La Vella several activities including children’s Christmas show, live performance musicians and animation were organised.
Andorra – traditionally one of the first countries in Europe starting Christmas sales with discounts of 20-50%. Discounts on winter collection each year starts on 18 December and last through March 18th. Closer to spring discounts reach its maximum index – 70-80% of the original cost of the goods.
