The Department of culture of Escaldes-Engordany in Andorra (Pyrenees) announces the competition for participation in the festival “Pessebre Vivent”, which will be held in the county of Escaldes on 16th, 17th and 18th December.
From 18 to 21 October everyone who is interested to take part in street performances, or to sing Christmas songs in the central area of the county, may apply to the administration of the Department of culture from 8.00 to 17.00 (Monday – Thursday) and from 8.00 to 15.00 (Friday). To participate as teams may be admitted.
Qualifying round will be held on 24th October from 19.00 to 20.30 (for teams), on 28th October at 21.00 – for candidates over 16 years old and 19th November at 10.30 – for candidates under 16 years old. The place of competition – Prat del Roure.
Last year, 40 adults and 20 children were involved in entertaining holiday events.
