On Friday evening, February 8, at the Daguisa Hotels, a gastronomic event “Club des Chefs” will be held for the first time in Andorra. This is the first of six events of this type that will be held throughout 2019. The event will be held in Food Court Pi del Migdia. It is located in the El Tarter area of the Grandvalira ski resort. Chef Narcís Allué, along with seven other chefs of this prestigious club will prepare some dishes from the French cuisine using the best local products. Home-made beer, French and local wines and French champagne will complement the delicious gastronomic offers (including lobster dishes, tender lamb, as well as desserts and tasting of 8 different types of bread).
“Club des Chefs” consists of eight chefs working in different Golden Tulip hotels in France and Andorra. The chefs of the club are able to surprise the most sophisticated gourmets with local delicacies, modern recipes and by creating innovative dishes.

Narcís Allué studied culinary excellence in Leida (Spain), worked as a chef and taught culinary skills at the school-restaurant Mey Hoffman and has been working in Daguisa Hotels for seven years.
