Credit Andorra financial group proceeded international expansion: it has opened the investment fund in Luxemburg—one of the leading financial centers, famous for its fund management experience. “Credit Andorra” has already got two registered variable capital investments companies (SICAV), founded in 2004 and 2008.
In 2011 Credit Andorra financial group has also acquired Luxembourg Banque de PatrimoinesPrives SA that thanks to the investment fund will manage to offer its clients new approaches to finance management and a wider range of investment services.
The official statement of the group says that the fund will provide the services on investment portfolio management, to implement the functions of disbursing agent and also tackle the issues of investment.
The General Director of Credit Andorra group Xavier Cornell emphasized that “Luxembourg today is an important platform for structuring and investment product distribution”. In accordance to his words, “this is the place, where 45% of EU investment funds are concentrated”.
