The Government of Andorra approved om 12th October 2016 the proposal of the Finance Minister, Jordi Cinca to issue short-term bonds for 100 mln. euros.
The amount of the nominal value of the submitted applications exceeded the nominal amount of the release for more than 400%, and amounted to 402,128,000 euros.
The final terms of the following issue:
Issuer: Government of the Principality of Andorra
Number of issued shares: 100,000
Terms of issue: bonds for 12 months
Fixed interest rate: zero coupon
Repayment rate: 0.75% / year
Price: 992,56 €
The repayment date is fixed October 17, 2018.
