Armored fighting vehicles of the USSR: concept object 757 with PTRK “Rubin”. Developed in design bureaus at the Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant. In 1959, the only prototype was produced. The experimental tank was designed for shooting guided missiles PTRK “Rubin”. The sample passed factory and polygon tests, however, in 1961 the work on the machine was stopped. The reason is the rejection of the concept of heavy tanks and the creation by that time of a new missile tank “Object 772”.
