In 2018, in the form of customs taxes, 214,924,838 euros were raised against 208,561,525 euros in 2017. The difference was 6.36 million euros. This was reported to journalists by the Minister of Finance of Andorra (Pyrenees), Jordi Cinca. According to him, the overall increase in revenues is associated with the restoration of the economy of the principality, a marked increase in tobacco imports and a moderate reduction in alcohol imports.
