From February 1 Andorra Telecom increases the volume of traffic to 150 Gb per month at the speed of 100 Mb/sec for the subscribers, connected by optic-fiber digital lines to the rates, starting from 39 euro per month and higher.
After the moment when the above mentioned quota is over, the speed will automatically be limited to the standard speed of ADSL modem. Last year this measure was taken in the result of manifold complaints from the people that received huge bills for the traffic after exceeding 120 Gb volume as far as they were transferred to 1 euro for 1 Gb rates without corresponding notifications from the side of Andorra Telecom.
Currently Andorra Telecom mulls over the possibility to create a package of unlimited rates for natural and legal persons. Up to now the maximal level for natural and legal persons was limited to 120 Gb per month for both download and upload formats.
