The Government of Andorra has approved today the call for a national public competition for the renovation work on fire safety systems and emergency lighting of the sports center of Andorra (Pyrenees) and the Joan Alay pavilion.
The two infrastructures have security facilities, which, over time, have been largely obsolete and do not meet the current regulations, a situation that will be resolved with the completion of the bidding work today.
In this sense, among other measures that will be carried out, the replacement of the analogue alarm center for a digital one with more technical features has been planned; the installation of a greater number of fire detectors, pushbuttons and alarms; the redistribution and extension of the number of fire extinguishers, the installation of emergency blocks, and the replacement of some of the fire-resistant doors.
The deadline for the submission of bids ends on November 22.
The bids for this tender must be submitted no later than November 22nd. The deadline for the execution of the work is 16 weeks.
