Andorra announces plans to subsidize rental housing for 2020. Applications can be submitted from October 21 to November 22, 2019 inclusive.
The total amount of grants is 1 903 819.69 euros.
The subsidy is governed by the Regulation on the Economic Benefits of Social Services, which was amended in 2017 to make assistance more affordable, taking into account the situation on the rental market.
The subsidy will not apply to persons who have debts to the government and will be aimed at applicants such as large families, the elderly and young people, as well as women who are victims of gender-based violence.
The amount of subsidies cannot exceed 30,000 euros per family.
