The Council of Ministers of the Portuguese Government has introduced an agreement on avoidance of double taxation with Andorra in the Assembly of the Republic today. All the internal procedures within the framework on the document were successfully completed.
Today, the document has been also introduced in the General Council of the Principality.
The agreement was signed on 27 September 2015 in New York.
The document will come into force for both parties after the completion of ratification procedures.
