As a professional enologist dealing with the evaluation of the vineyards, the breakdown of soil, water, and wine and as a poet with his own lyrics Rémi Edange will give a lecture about the history of the winery Domaine de Chevalier and its wineries, as well as talk about the owner, Olivier Bernard.
In 2012 Olivier Bernard, owner of the renowned Graves property Domaine de Chevalier, was unanimously voted as president of high-end Bordeaux’s top marketing arm, the Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux (UGC, France, Nouvelle-Aquitaine), uniting 134 trademarks of wine.
“Only a great farmer can produce a great wine… When I think of Domaine de Chevalier, I always want to start with these words, writes Olivier Bernard in his blog. According to him, these words express a profound philosophy connected with winemaking. “This is important, this is harmony…”, he said.
The conference about the history and the secrets of one of the best French wineries Domaine de Chevalier will take place on 21 March at 18:00 in the office of Morabanc in Andorra la Vella, Andorra (Pyrenees).
