The agreement on avoidance of double taxation between Andorra and Liechtenstein entered into force

andorra-liechtenstein-double-taxationThe agreement between Andorra (Pyrenees) and Liechtenstein on avoidance of double taxation and prevention of tax evasion on income and capital entered into force on 22d November after both countries fulfilled all the requirements of internal laws and officially informed each other.

The agreement was signed in New York on 30th September, 2015 by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Andorra and Liechtenstein Gilbert Saboya and Aurelia Frick. The document was ratified by the General Council of Andorra on 26th May, 2016.

The agreement between Andorra and Liechtenstein meet all the specific requirements of OECD, but take into account particular legislations of 2 countries.
